WHAT CAN I DO TO HEAL MYSELF?

To heal I have a consistent thought about the truth about myself. The truth about myself is that my body, my mind and my affairs are in perfect order right now. God has created everything perfect and therefore I am perfect. It might appear that I have a problem, but it is not my divine reality. To experience my perfection I have to change my thinking and my attitude about myself, my family and my world. In every moment I speak my word:

• I Like Me
• I Am Whole And Perfect
  
• I Live In My Eternally Perfect Body
• Every Organ, Action, Function Of My Body Is Whole And Perfect Right Now
• I Am Surrounded By Harmonious Beings 
• I Am Independently Wealthy 
• All Is In Divine Order
